Started this lift out with a dumbbell side & front raises superset(not filmed). The Triset on cables was by far my favorite of this lift- lying single side cable raises>lying cable upright rows>5 second negatives! I never thought I would like training something more than glutes, but shoulders is at a dead tie! #buildingboulders #humpday
